I had a nice stay overall. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bed was good to sleep in. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. I also liked that there were plenty of things to do at the hotel, including the casino and different food options. At times it could get a little busy and noisy, and check-in took a bit longer than expected, but nothing too major. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.

Great stay would have loved a microwave but I understand most casino resorts don’t provide any in rooms. But other than that room was very clean and comfortable would stay again. Very convenient location to everything.

I REALLY enjoyed my stay at the Tropicana.I took my mother for a late Mother's Day Gift and she was even more satisfied than myself. I Love the multiple activities it has. Comedy, karaoke etc It reminds me of a city that never shuts down, including some restaurants. I can't remember the name of this one place we are at, but it was diagonally across the bar with the funny made stools. The food was great and the price was worth it. They have like the chicken, beans, rice, breakfast sandwiches deserts etc.

We've always started at the Tropicana when visiting Atlantic City because of the convenience of having everything thing right there. Just park and enjoy yourself without the stress of having to drive around to look for things to do. The comedy spot, restaurants, IMAX, shopping, and of course gambling is right at your finger tips. Check out the the Cape May Lewis ferry if you are traveling from the south. It's a great option to get off the road for a bit.

While reasonable price for midweek getaway, I chose the hotel for its many restaurants and pools. Though I had stayed at the Tropicana over the last 25 years, it is quite a different experience than yesteryear. The staff are not attentive, and never smile to make you welcome. The room needed work and not very clean, and housekeeping was not available without a fight. T he e front desk are told not to answer a phone and their AI text process does not respond. So essentially service was non- existent.

I stayed in the Solana tower and it was on a/c in the hallways and the elevator was a nightmare having to wait over 15 mins just got the elevator was extremely ridiculous as it was all two working elevator they shouldn’t have opened the solana until they had everything in order . The rooms was nice and renovated however it was so much dust and left over paint it was a bit annoying so i wouldn’t remember this tower . The pool for the adults was ridiculous from the lifeguard being on his phone and using ear pods was a bit old and having to pay $20 to use a chair was crazy and insane bad enough the hotels are expensive for pay for a chair at the public pool is ridiculous i wouldn’t recommend this hotel i will be staying somewhere else my next visit. And the hotel staff was no help when i complained
