"During our stay in Bruges, we felt very comfortable at Isabelle's place. She personally welcomed us and gave us tips for our stay. Besides the cozy and unique decor, we especially loved the lounge where we could have breakfast. A refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave were available for everyone to use. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back."

"Dukes Palace is an excellent place to stay in Brugge. We stayed in the residence side which was lovely. Breakfast was well worth adding on to your room. Lots of choices, including prosecco and chocolate 😀walked everywhere from the hotel. Staff suggested restaurants and booked our taxi. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends."

"The staff was very helpful. They had us in the wrong room for the first night but accommodated by giving us a cash refund for the difference, a beer, and next day breakfast. The rooms are darling, great location, just blocks walking to our bus stop to the train station and all the shops & cafes. Canal at night (and day!) is beautiful. Take the boat tour, it’s an amazing view of a beautiful town."

"Property is in great location 10-15 walk from main areas on a canal. It's a great walk into town to see some neighborhoods you otherwise wouldn't. The breakfast was great, staff very helpful and attentive. Room was by far the largest we had on entire Belgian/Netherlands trip. Highly recommend this property."

"Stunning property in a wonderful location. However, style over substance with the rooms and service. There is limited room to put anything, as surfaces are covered in ornaments. There was no full length mirror. Grounds were beautiful, but they appeared understaffed, and struggled to meet requests such as extra pillows (as we only got one each), and unable to man the bar when checking in guests etc. Had an unfortunate incident where we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest....
