Hotel Navarra Brugge
Very charming and welcoming hotel. The staff in particular were very helpful and friendly. The only recommendation would be to pre-pay your breakfast as is much more expensive when you go to breakfast impromptu.

Dukes Palace is an excellent place to stay in Brugge. We stayed in the residence side which was lovely. Breakfast was well worth adding on to your room.
