"Property was in a somewhat remote location that was surrounded by dirt filled fields and burned out buildings. To get to downtown Milan, you have to walk 10-12 min to a subway. Subways run well, however. Room large and airy, but you get nothing - no coffee/tea, no tissues. You have to pay for water. (Other hotels offered complimentary bottles). They did not even put out an extra roll of toilet paper. Staff was nice, breakfast was lovely but expensive. Parking lot a plus (15 euros/day) but...

"The hotel is conveniently located near Linate Airport. The shuttle is very practical. Family room is nice and offers everything we needed for a family of four. The food at the restaurant is expensive for what it is (just average). Without a car it is the only option for dinner. However the breakfast is lovely and prices fairly 12 Euros per person (children are free)."

"A great hotel in the north of Milan. It was very easy to go from there to the city center, but also to the MXP airport at our last day. Parking was no problem. The hotel is very well maintained, there are restaurants and shops around. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great. We will come back, when we are traveling to Milan next time!"

"Hotel bellissimo e ricco di servizi. La colazione è molto varia e buonissima. La stanza è bella e spaziosa per 2 persone con il cane. Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per la vicinanze alla location del concerto in fiera, peccato solo per l'organizzazione del concerto che non ha aperto all'accesso diretto davanti all'hotel, costringendo cosi me, incinta, e mio marito a fare 30 minuti di camminata a piedi per arrivare all'entrata del concerto. Non dipende ovviamente dall'hotel ma magari per eventi...

"Io, mio marito e la nostra cucciola abbiamo soggiornato qui per una sola notte (senza colazione). La posizione è comodissima per chi deve assistere agli eventi a San Siro. La camera era molto spaziosa, anche se l'abbiamo trovata piuttosto polverosa e con un balcone non del tutto in sicurezza. Nota di merito per il personale, davvero cordiale e disponibile. Un piccolo appunto: nonostante il pagamento del supplemento per il cane, non ci sono state fornite spontaneamente le ciotole per acqua e...

"Breakfast was enjoyable but limited the same happens with the restaurant and is not opened all the time considering it is in the hotel. Airport shuttle had to be reserved there is no schedule and you have to pay a fee. My room key worked every other day no matter where I stored it. My friend had a separate room and the same thing happened with her key. Most of the staff were friendly, except for two older guys at the bar, they were rude. "Excellent location and provides all you need for a comfortable stay. Kind and welcoming staff. The shuttle was very convenient and very professionally run, but it is also within walking distance to the airport if you don’t have luggage. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Leckeres Frühstück, gute Auswahl. Leider lag getragene Unterwäsche auf einem der Stühle, als wir ins Zimmer eingecheckt sind. Im Badezimmer war das Holz des Waschtisches an der Seite, welche zur Duschwand zeigte, schon sehr aufgequollen und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Sehr laute Klimaanlage, hat man auch aus den anderen Zimmern gehört."

"The room was alright and had everything you needed. However, with the TV, the channels kept freezing and it was hard to watch anything. Breakfast was average, nothing special. Check-in staff seemed disinterested and were not alert enough for a 4 star hotel. The bar was quite empty and we had to alert reception staff to ask for someone to take our order for another drink. All in all, very disappointed and can understand why it has been dropped from a 5 to 4 star hotel but we believe it just...

"The location is good, but there is a bar just next door that stays open late. Breakfast is not included, just informational. They did provide coffee, tea and water free of charge. Overall, it's a nice stay and not too far from the city center. We did Uber to the west side of the city which was an hour walk."
