"Please spend your money somewhere else. Front desk staff was so rude and not helpful at all. We had to sleep with the front lights of the room on. There is no phone to contact front desk and we had to constantly go to the lobby for assistance. We were then told to email front desk, we sent 3 consecutive emails asking for help as we needed to sleep as we had an early flight. Never got help or a reply. When we came down to the lobby the next day and spoke to the front desk they were combative....

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Looked after all of our needs including booking us a water taxi to the airport. Check in was smooth, continental breakfast was great. Overall a great hotel with a convenient location. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone."

"I had a great stay and would stay again. It is an awesome location. Beautiful view from my room. Very clean, relaxing room with a responsive host. I appreciated that they had complimentary umbrellas to borrow and it is right above my favorite Bistrot in Padua."

"As booked, this was a well located city centre hotel. The room was OK, the breakfast quite basic. However this was not a usual hotel - it resembled a University style campus lodging house or part of an office building. Judging by the other guests, more likely the former."

"The location was awesome. Very close to the train station, and practically right in the center of the historic area. Modern amenities and spacious room. The staff were very kind and obliging. I didn’t rate the stay higher because it doesn’t know what it is yet. Is this a hotel, or apartment? We paid high prices for no real services. Taking out our own garbage was most definitely and apartment thing. Trouble getting hold of staff, not really having good quality room service all felt like...

"Posizione molto comoda e ottima organizzazione. Struttura molto automatizzata, minimo rapporto umano, ma va bene così finchè ci si capisce. Molto ben tenuta, pulitissima e silenziosa, bagno spazioso."

"The room was clean and there is a pool for a additional fee of 10 euros for each person. Most staff was nice. Someone opened the door of my room at 8;00pm I was told it was a maid I also had a do not disturb sign on the door. The breakfast was very good though. And it's kinda hard to find a put 30 minutes away from the airport and will get a taxi to the airport which was convenient"

"The staff was absolutely wonderful, helpful in every way requested. Our room was clean, the bathroom fixtures were all updated and working well. Shower water was hot. It was late October and the heat was on in the room, that was very nice. There are espresso makers in the rooms, Nespresso, with pods restocked every morning. The hotel keeps a list of good, vetted restaurants in the area. We tried three of them and all were good. The hotel is very well located. it’s one block from the Grand...

"The Venetian decor of the property and room is so pretty - it made our stay extra special. Its location in the Center of Venice made it quite convenient to walk everywhere"

"We loved the room! It was very nice, the rooftop so perfect. Be prepared to climb steep stairs to get to lobby and rooms. Very worth it"

"Amazing place"

"loved our stay staff was very friendly"

"Our room was great with two separate shower w/sink and toilet with sink areas! Pretty view and great location, say from the crowds but still easy to navigate to all the key attractions."

"Struttura molto comoda per i mezzi pubblici e vicina a negozi e supermercati. Zona tranquilla. Nulla da dire sulla pulizia della camera e del bagno, quest'ultimo non in suite ma ad uso esclusivo e adiacente la camera. La padrona di casa è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. Ottimo punto d'appoggio a Padova. Torneremo senz'altro."

"The location was ideal for getting around Venice and being close to nice cafe and restaurants. It's unique, yet modern design was pleasant surprise"
