"The room had everything we need to stay for the weekend in Orlando for a cheap price. The bed was made with clean sheets. Hot running water from the shower (unlike a different property I went to) was working. The breakfast was just an average hotel breakfast which was fine. The staff were friendly as well. The hotel in general did look old and bit run down in some places though, but it did the job for the price we paid."

"I didn’t eat the breakfast, but I heard it was good. It’s a typical family vacation near Disney hotel. The area is good and safe. The hotel itself is kind of worn, but it is clean and the beds were comfortable. The fire alarm went off and I had to run down four flights of stairs so I didn’t appreciate that and I couldn’t get the TV to work. The gentleman that works in the evening is very nice but when I checked in, the lady kept telling me, I can’t hear you when I tried to call and would just hang up on me."

"Wonderful for young families. Two splash pads, one at each pool. Easy access to the other hotel pools. The diner makes feeding families so easy. "

"Room with jet bath tub was very nice. Amenities such as shampoo and conditioner come as individual small bottles if you have long hair or stay more than a day it is not enough supply. Also you can hear next door. Room door was little different of way of open wish front desk explain to guest."

"Terrible parking set up and hidden fees. They charge you $33 dollars on top of your room to park in the parking deck that you have to circle the block. Free parking is on the street. The room was so basic and old for almost $200 a night, no fridge and you have to use your key to use the elevator so when your hands are full better get that key ready. Staff was fine it’s not their fault the set up was outdated and inconvenient they just work there."
