"Got here for a short trip to UCF. It’s super close to the campus and it’s surrounded by lots of good restaurants. Staff was super nice, breakfast was good and room was spacious and clean. Definitely would stay again."

"The view out window was horrible. All you can see was another roof and if you could see something, it's just workers on scaffolds. The lights in the very very small bathroom flickering like a horror movie. The closets are really consolidated, making it. I'm comfortable to use because you have to. Slide the one door over, but the drawers keep opening. And you have to pull the drawer with one foot while you slide the door over. It was just a situation every time you had to use the closet. "The bathroom was poor ventilation. The breakfast was so minimal it sucks. There's a mystery $100 deposit that needs to be factored in to the price. Lastly the room is dated and there were bugs crawling around at night. The noise level is awful and the shower is terrible."

"Absolutely TERRIBLE. I am not one to leave a review but this hotel. The quality of this place absolutely was the worst and we travel often. One of my guest was showering and the glass door exploded on her. Full scale broken. She had gotten hurt. Blood all over the towel and doors and instead of giving us any compensation for their quality of the door being absolutely trash. They charged us for the deposit and tried to blame it on us for breaking the door. The staff did not care about our safety...

"I stayed 4 nights and had no house keeping at all. No ice machines work anywhere on property. Roaches in room. The breakfast is just a little bit of cereal. No juice no nothing. The property is in bad shape."

"I stayed at two Holiday Inn locations in Florida this trip and neither of the showers were level. The doors wouldn’t stay open and this one was leaning so far the water puddled up on one end. There were screw holes in the walls and the bathroom walls were unfinished. The staff were great. Pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect for Busch Gardens."
