"Bottle water is not being refill when cleaning out room. Not sure if we have to pay extra for the bottle water. Body soap was not refill either, have to call the front desk for when we arrive back to hotel late and tired."

"There were many things wrong with this property. The desk clerks were unhelpful and snarky. We had paid a deposit when we booked and when we tried checking in the hotel insisted we paid nothing even though I showed two different receipts from Expedia, one on my booking page and one in my email and they refused to let us check in unless we repaid this amount leaving me and my family 650 miles from home with no hotel otherwise. The hotel was under renovation / construction and if this were noted...

Unfortunately the lady who came in shift right after Megan, was very unhelpful and I literally stood at the front desk for at least 2 minutes before she even realized I was there and acknowledged me because she was so busy in her phone doing God knows what."

Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them."
