The snack shop doesn’t have prices listed for the items available so you have to ask the front desk about the prices. I didn’t get a receipt for the items I purchased, just the total amount that was due."

"The manager of this hotel accosted my wife and threatened to kick her out of the hotel for taking 8oz of water from the provided water station. He then locked her out of her room while she was gone to an event. We had to book at another nearby hotel for the last night of our stay. Speaking to a guest in a hostile manner and threatening her is completely unacceptable. I am still waiting on Expedia’s investigation into the incident and property for my requested refund. "Property was clean and staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel was near plenty of restaurants and shops and shuttle was quick to the airport. Room was spacious and clean. Mattress had a little dip in it and could be updated but had a really good experience here. I would stay here again."

"We stayed at EVEN Hotel with a large group, and overall had a good experience. The staff was outstanding,they were friendly, accommodating, and made sure our entire group was placed on the same floor, which we really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only downside was finding a roach in our room, which was disappointing. Other than that, everything was clean, and the staff’s excellent customer service made our stay enjoyable."
