"We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed.
We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up.
We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. They did try to help, but we’re not the youngest of people, so we ended up finding another hotel in Mulhouse,...

"Mal wieder eine sehr gute Wahl.
Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wir hatten eine Reifepanne und konnten nicht pünktlich auschecken. Es wurde uns angeboten länger kostenfrei im Zimmer zu bleiben.
Wir bekamen bei der Abreise noch Frühstück und einen Kaffee „to Go“ obwohl die Küche schon geschlossen hatte.
