"I have tried to reach out to Hilton three times with no response. The stay was mediocre. I have been in worse places & I have stayed in nicer places for cheaper. First off, the pool was nice. Very heavy in the chlorine, as it burned my eyes just sitting in the room while my daughter played in the pool. Then when we went back to the room to shower, the shower was broken. We called the front desk, maintenance never showed up. We have them almost an hour (53 minutes) to show up. Never did. Called back and asked because it was almost 2200 at this time & we needed to be in bed as we had to get up at 0445 the next morning. She said he would come in the morning. I said we'll, he has to have it fixed for me to shower at 0445, so was he coming before that? She said no between 0700-0900. I said we would be checked out by then, someone needs to come now. Finally 32 minutes later he showed. Didn't fix it because it didn't work in the am, then proceeded to not turn off for 1.5 hrs after my shower ended. Around the toliet was yellow when I wiped around it with a towel the night before cleaning up from the shower. We had not used the bathroom in the room yet, but it was very yellow & gross after we cleaned up the water from the shower. The curtain was off the track so a street light shown into the bed perfectly. The staff when addressed with issues said he would make a note, and nothing. I have reached out 3 times, radio silence. Stay else where!!"
