"Friendly staff and clean room. Even though I slept well, the mattresses desperately need updating as they were a bit hard and dented in in the middle. Other than that, the shower worked well, the tv had plenty of channels and it was easy access to my room. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot speak to that."

There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. House keeping was excellent, kind and friendly. The front desk was super helpful and kind. The maintenance guy was great too (we had minor issue with our shower and it was repaired immediately). Pool was nice. Really close to dining, Target and medical facilities. Great stay!"

"The hotel was ok. When we got there there were unexpected fees. Also, they said they had no room available at first, but after talking to them they were able to get us some. Busted up cars parked in the parking lot also was kind of concerning."
