The room was in fair condition. Some upgrades would be an improvement: repair creaking bed frame, replace broken bathroom fixtures, are some suggestions.

Price reflects on quality and cleanliness of room. The sheets were stained and it was definitely blood stains after being washed. The room smelled bad. All bedding was stained, shower curtain . Even the towels. And when I went to exchange the sheets, front desk seemed annoyed that she had to go and search for sheets. She gave me a set of sheets that ended up not being the right size and when I came back she still seemed annoyed and said that she had no idea what size the sheets were and it’s a housekeeping deal . She told me to check for myself if it’s the right size. When literally if you just check the tag on the sheet, it says what size they are. We only stayed despite these problems because it was already paid for and proximity to our events.

I like that it was a good price, I like the staff and the customer service, good location. But the room was dirty, sticky doors , hair on the bed, burn marks from cigarettes on the blanket. It would been a great experience if the room was clean.

The property is good for a work trip where I only need to sleep and take a shower mainly at the hotel. Mainly the hotel is average and it is good for a work travel etc I’m satisfied with my stay and I will stay there again if I need to go back.

This is my second home. I would highly recommend this hotel to all types of travelers or guests. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable and peaceful while we are staying here. I would not go anywhere else in Aurora/Naperville. I love each employee equally

It was not quite average, not terrible. Just could use a facelift. Garbage all over the parking lot in the evening from other guests, not necessarily the hotels fault. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was okay, I wouldn’t stay there again I don’t think, but it isn’t because it’s bad - just not great. It’s affordable, easy to get to different places like the outlet mall, highway, etc… the breakfast place next door is amazing! We went there for breakfast every day.

Everything is wonderful about this hotel and its employees. I would not want to be anywhere else while I am waiting for my apartment. Every single staff member is a kind hearted angel. They go above and beyond to take care of guests. The rooms are five star quality, the beds are amazing and the energy from the staff makes this my second home. Love them all thank you so much guys!

Needs a little improvement

It was nice for a solo stay, buy the television didn't have a lot of channels and no cable. The jacuzzi stopper didn't work well and there was a small order like the carpet was wet 😞. The staff was nice and the price was great for a room with a Jacuzzi and shower

Need maintenance

The front desk staff is a very friendly and nice lady but other than that the condition of the hotel is bad. There is smell of weed in the corridor, the room looks shabby and dirty. Furnitures are old and dirty. The fixtures in the bathroom particularly the water faucet is broken. We didnt try the breakfast so cannot comment on that. Overall the hotel needs maintenance and also rehaul.

Quality missing

Wine the room was relatively quiet and the bed comfortable, the rest left quite a bit to be desired. We just needed a simple place to sleep close to family for a holiday visit, nothing fancy. However, when we arrived in the evening, the lobby smelled like smoke a bit which was concerning. Fortunately the room did not! The sheets on the bed were seemingly clean but stained in several places and had some small holes in them. The bathroom door barely cleared the toilet so it was tricky to maneuver in and out and we’re both slender. There was hair in the bath mat and a minimal supply of toilet paper that nearly ran out that night. We asked for the sheets to be changed and toilet paper refilled the next morning, and the person working the desk nodded and said ok and nothing was done. We had to all again at night foot out to be taken care of the next morning. There was no do not disturb sign and we were interrupted one morning by housekeeping. The armchair in the room had multiple scratch marks in the upholstery from a cat obviously. Or key had to be reprogrammed twice bc bc they didn’t enter our length of stay (6 nights) at check in. Overall we had the feeling that no one stays there, for good reason.

I like the property because it was centralized for shopping. What I didn't care for was the lack of respect from management and staff that, was smoking allowed in the hotel. When it's clearly posted and advertised smoke free. Another is a filthy room. Urine on the toilet seat and floor. Unvacuumed , Grease on all the lamps post, food crusted microwave, hair soap scum bath tub that had a broken shower head and drain cover which I was unable wouldn't allow the tub water to fill up. I had to use a wash cloth to stop water from going down the drain. Burnt residue on the iron that damaged a dress shirt. Manager came into my room looked around and said, it's clean. Really? He refused to get house keepers to reclean it. I couldn't change rooms upstairs due to hip injury. I explained I'm in town for a funeral for 2 days and no help to carry item up and down stairs. Manager said you can take the room as is or move. I responded give me cleaning products I'll do it my dam self. I also let Him know that he doesn't care about guests service. No inconvenience credit taken off bill, future voucher or apology. As a Choice Hotel Member it's blasphemous I had to be treated that way.
