The rest of the staff were so attentive and caring. The room was impeccably clean and fresh. Bed and pillows were better than any 5 star hotels we've stayed at. "Great location, near a harbour on the seafront and brilliant views over the bay from the rooftop bar area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Be aware that the roof top pool area has to be booked in 2hour time slots ( not clear on the Expedia website) and on day one of our stay we couldn’t get a slot at all. In fairness we had slots for the next 2 days and the pool area was well worth a visit. Air con in the hotel and our room was also not very powerful, which I have seen commented on by other reviews. Overall though would recommend and would stay again."
