"We wanted to love this. We stayed in the bunkhouse- that was what was available. It was NOISY. Think nyc apartment. The bathroom would use some TLC. Checking in was not friendly or seamless. Seemed like there was not a clear place to go and that we were in the way. "

"The property is very old and probably need an update soon. You can see some paint missing from the wall and the water pressure in the shower is not very strong. Also, the parking lot is very small and it is a bit tricky to drive in and out. However, the staffs in this hotel did a great job keeping the property clean! Despite how old the carpet looks like, the hotel smell nicely fresh in all floors and in our room. Also, all the tables in the dinning room are actually very clean! Like spotless!...

"Hampton Inn & Suites Cashiers Sapphire Valley was top notch. The entire facility was updated and very clean. I was pleased with the staff as warm, welcoming, and helpful when asked about good restaurants nearby. Our room was very clean and updated. This hotel is located only a few miles from downtown Cashiers giving lots of things to do like visiting the historical Zachary-Tolbert House. I definitely recommend this place and will be back as we usually travel to this area every other year. Highly...

"Totally acceptable very affordable motel. Nothing fancy, but everything was clean & in working order. Property felt very safe, especially at night — VERY bright security lights! Convenient to downtown Franklin. Would absolutely stay there again. "
