"Our stay at the La Quinta in Hayward last night was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was welcoming, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. It was a convenient and affordable stop, and we got a great night’s sleep. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a reliable place in the area."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, they had a modest but more than continental buffet breakfast. Their pool was open and lightly heated, kids had a blast swimming! We did have a cockroach in our bathroom, but the hotel is right located among many fast food restaurants and places to eat- so not surprised? It was clean besides that. Our bed did have a weird stain on the mattress but towards the bottom edge of it… didn’t really bother us too much. Maybe a spill?? "

"Didn't visit the spa.the room was very small and wasn't as described but the breakfast was really good! Can't say if stay there again though because of the room size refrigerator size"

"I didn't bring a pet. The laundry facility looked ok; however accessing them was difficult as the parking spaces in front were cordoned off. The door to my room was a little loose and there was a huge dent in the door. It looked like the fugitive task force had broken down the door to arrest the last guest there. I was disappointed that there was no refrigerator, no microwave, no ironing board, iron and NO coffee maker. No place to store my clothes aside from the 6 in the closet. The bed linens had burn holes and the blankets were scratchy. At no time during my stay did I receive clean towels or my garbage removed. "
