easyHotel Brussels City Centre
The staff was very unhelpful with their ability to know what was in the area for services. The one night manager only listened to his computer and didn’t like to be disturbed.

NH Collection Brussels Centre
The family room they offer for 2 adults and 2 children only has one single bed for 2 children to share. Not ideal for a 9 and 6 year old. They did rectify it and add another single bed but the room then became cramped. They should really be offering this as a family room for 4 people.

The Usual Brussels
This hotel is in a great location, near the Grand Palace and Brussels Nord station, making it perfect for short trips. Hotel room is spacious and clean. Staff provides excellent customer service.
