The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. It’s in a good location, a ten minute walk from Gare du Midi and five minutes from Grand Place. We didn’t try the breakfast and didn’t need the air conditioning. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Clean room in a handy location for the centre of Brussels and Midi station. Room felt a little small compared to expectations and was quite basic. Odd that the wire shelves were placed in front of the mirror! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very nice! I appreciated that I was able to check in early when I asked them to hold my bag when I arrived. The room was lovely and spotless. It’s easy to walk into the tourist areas but also easy to grab a bus or metro to other places like the midi train station, Parliament, Forest National, or the airport. I hope I can visit again soon and stay here.

Hotel is easily to get to from the Eurostar station via tram to Anneessens or a 15 minutes walk. In the city centre near all the main attractions, shops and museums.
