You will not find a hotel with better view than this!!! You literally are staying in GRAND PLACE!!! But, even better that the incredible view is the staff; Said our hostess went out and about to make sure our stay there was delightful. Thank you so much Said, Your Mexican Friends

This hotel is in a fabulous location in the Grand Place with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms facing the square are huge, signs of faded grandeur. From the windows you can watch all the activities in the square by day and by night when it is all brightly lit. Breakfast is a short walk across the square. Although there is a lift people with accessibility problems will find the steep steps up to the entrance difficult.

This was a perfect place for us to stay with a view of Grand Place. The front desk person, I completely forget his name, but he was so kind and very helpful with answering any questions we had. The hotel was very quiet. The complimentary breakfast at La Brouette was wonderful. Will absolutely be booking this place again!

I enjoyed my stay here mostly because of the amazing and convenient area.. the lovely view and I really appreciated the service from Mr. Said who was very nice and hospitable. The rooms are slightly outdated and could definitely be renovated but for its strategic location and amazing customer service it was amazing!!!

なんと言っても立地条件が素晴らしい。 前回はグランプラスが見えるお部屋でしたが、今回は見えない小さい部屋でしたが、清潔でおちついてあんしんできました。スタッフが紳士的で親切でスマートなサービスです。 朝食も、とても満足、絶対また泊まりに来ます。

Did not try the breakfast as we had to leave for early am trains but the restaurant below was excellent and the staff was great. Nicest property we stayed on our trip to Europe

Lauir is amazing as is his colleague at the front desk. They, along with the LOCATION make this hotel a perfect choice. The building is from the late 1600’s which in itself lends such a charm. It is on the Grand Place in the middle of Brussels. We stayed for three nights in December 2025 and enjoyed watching the light show from our room window. If you are a person who prefers amenities rather than an experience or location, do everyone a favor and don’t book this place so that others can have the fantastic experience and love the location. Breakfast is included at the cutest old cafe across the plaza. It is a fixed menu consisting of a plain omelette, orange juice, your choice of coffees, hot chocolate, and tea, the BEST chocolate and regular croissants, plain toasts, selections of jams, and slices of cheese and ham. It is DELICIOUS! The room is fairly large and despite ours being right on the Grand Place, once the inner windows are closed, one can barely hear anything outside. We found the beds comfortable but our traveling partners felt they were too hard. The sheets were nice and not scratchy. The pillows are doable but are fairly lofty and don’t give much. The bathroom is adequate and gets the jobs done. The view from our rooms were spectacular. The restaurant under the hotel is DELICIOUS and also owned by the hotel owner. There is a lot to see within walking distance. We will stay here again if we ever return to Brussels.

隠れ家みたいでワクワクしました。 部屋の扉は何か事務所や倉庫の跡地みたいで、普通のホテルとは違いました。 バスタブはありましたが栓がきっちり閉まらずお湯は溜めれませんでした。 珍しく一部に熱のラインが走ってるのか床暖房でその部分だけ暖かかったです。 朝食は別の建物のカフェに行かねばならず、面倒ですが、そのカフェも趣きがあり、それはそれで面白かった。 グランプラスを真夜中や夜明け眺めたいかたにはいいホテルです。 真冬はエアコンないので寒いかも。

You absolutely can't beat this location and the staff was incredibly friendly. The breakfast was also surprisingly good. You'll have to remember that it's a very old building, so be prepared for the little things that come with that.

The bathroom was in a poor state of repair. Broken tiles, with tape placed over some of the jagged edges. There was a hole in the bath, making it unusable! The grouting looked like it hadn't been redone in 20 years. And we were supposed to have a queen bed, but it had 2 singles.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Excellent service and recommendations. The room was massive even by US standards. We loved the breakfast across the square in a cozy and cute cafe. My daughter forgot her phone and they helped us get it mailed back.

The lovely gentleman at the desk was very helpful on what to see and where to go. He also walked us to the train at the end of our stay and pulled my suitcase for me. How very kind!!

This hotel has the best location in Brussels. Get one of the Grand Place view rooms and you look out on the beautiful main square. There was a festival there for 2 days during our stay which we loved. Our room was huge and comfortable. But the best part was as the great care that Lauir the manager took of us. He helped us with maps and public transportation and did everything he could to make our stay special. You also get a great breakfast every day. We highly recommend this place.
