"The room was clean and check in was fairly smooth, but I asked for a late checkout and was told it would be accommodated, but when I returned to gather items and breast milk that I had left in the freezer to keep, I was locked out and my room had already been cleaned out and my items removed. I had to hunt them down from housekeeping and ask them about what time they had taken them to try and ensure the safety of the milk. Receptionist at the desk was informed and seemed surprised, but there was clearly a disconnect in relaying the information or the time that was promised to me for checkout."

"This property is atrocious. It should be a Motel 6. It was filthy, there were homeless people fighting in the parking lot, someone was throwing bricks over the side at the parked cars. My grandson and I booked this hotel based of the the previous ratings. We were too scared to walk to our room. We left and booked a room at the Westin. "

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The toilet in our room was clogged, and despite informing the staff, no proper action was taken. Family with kids no where else to go, it was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. The breakfast was another letdown. It was advertised as one of the best, but the quality and variety did not match the claims at all. It felt very basic and poorly maintained. The hotel also claims to be newly renovated, but in reality, the amenities are old, worn out, and not well maintained. Cleanliness was also a major concern throughout our stay. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations in any way. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience."

"Overall we had a nice stay. The staff member who checked us in appeared to be new and needed to get approval to allow us to check in about 30 minutes early, and they weren’t able to answer some basic parking questions. That said, everyone we encountered at the morning breakfast was terrific—very friendly and attentive, which made for a great start to the day. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. A few spots, like behind the TV and some less visible areas, could use a little extra attention, but nothing that significantly impacted our stay. Overall, a pleasant experience."
