"Amazing stay! We were greeted like family. Our room in the lodge had all the comforts of home. I would highly recommend a stay here even if it were only for the view - which is breathtaking!"

"We had pool view and of course the pools closed this time of year. We went there strictly to ride motorcycles. Rooms were clean. Lady at the front desk was very nice. You let us check in early so we can unload all our bags that were on the motorcycles. But there is a beautiful river right behind it and they have a nice big fire pit that's covered. If it happens to be a little bit of inclimate weather. We didn't take advantage of that. Like I said we were there strictly for riding."

"For the price, this was a nice stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice and there is plenty of lighted parking. If I go up to the Cherokee area again, I wouldn't hesitate to book another stays at Sleep Inn in Bryson City."

"Staff was not very friendly. Maybe because they were on smoke break right outside the main doors when we arrived and we interrupted their smoking. The next staff member was abrupt when I asked for conditioner for my hair. I was informed they didn’t provide that except during their busy season. The bed was only a little better than laying on bricks. I’ve never slept on a harder mattress in my life! No fridge or microwave in the room. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed that didn’t provide these. Other than the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke at the front door, the hotel appeared to be clean. "

"We always stay here when In the area. The owners are so friendly and nice and the rooms are very clean and nice and it is walking distance from downtown. We love it. "
