Friendly, efficient, accomodating staff who are always happy to help and offer advice. The hotel is perfectly located for access to he old town and Christmas markets. PURO Kraków Kazimierz
We had a lovely stay in the PURO hotel. The food from Halicka (hotel restaurant) was exceptional. So good we ate there twice during our short stay.

Balthazar Design Hotel
A beautiful hotel with extremely pleasant staff. Amazing breakfasts. We did unfortunately have an issue with our room but it was swiftly fixed by being able to move to a different one. A very lovely stay.

Hyatt Place Krakow
The room was spotlessly clean and modern. The bed, was comfortable and huge in size. Very quiet and calm hotel. Staff at front desk were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good - lots of selection. Evening meal was again great.
