I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). "The breakfast buffet is outstanding. The pool, steam room, hot tub, and sauna room were very relaxing. Only problem was I showed up at 1:15pm and check in was 2pm. The girl at front desk told me I had to wait. I sat in lobby and watched 3 people check in while I was waiting. Then a 4th person came and I ended up going to another girl and she checked me right away at 10 minutes to 2pm. "

"My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling in Europe. The hotel was nice, convenient location, well maintained, and clean throughout. The staff was cordial and helpful answering all of our questions. The room was nicely appointed with an ensuite (bathroom), all clean with the needed appointments. I would replace the mattress on the bed as this was sagging from use and needs replaced. Good place that I would recommend."

The restaurant serves tasty food, definitely above the usual business-hotel standard. The rooms are spacious but clearly in need of renovation - which, from what I understand, is already planned. Overall, a comfortable stay with strong potential once the refurbishment is completed."
