Discrepancy btw Hotels.com’s ad and actual hotel’s

There were several things that didn’t match what was advertised on Hotels.com. For example, there were no blackout curtains, so I was forced to wake up at 5:30 AM due to the sunlight. I went to the front desk to see if they could change my room, but they told me that all rooms have the same type of curtains. They suggested I try sleeping in the second bedroom, since it doesn’t have any windows. However, I still couldn’t sleep well because the door to that room doesn’t close properly.

오래된 곳이라 기대없이 갔는데 깨끗하고 뷰도 좋아서 즐거운 가족 여행 보내고 왔습니다. 채석강도 산책로와 5분거리 정도에 위치해 있고 좋았습니다. 다른 지역 노블리안 골드 객실보다 조금 작지만 컨디션 나쁘지 않았고, 방충망만 방 1곳과 주방쪽에 뜯겨서 있어 아쉬웠습니다. 적극 추천합니다.
