"The front desk staff was superb, especially Krystal. Unfortunately the room was not. The bathroom sink didn’t drain & the cold water faucet had a trickle so you had to brush with hot water or use the cold water from tub. The toilet would leak water each time you would flush. To make things even worse, there was construction that began at 9:00am. The city view made up for it all but if we had to stay more than a night we would’ve had to switch rooms."

"If you'd like a very cool, cozy hotel on the upper west side with a nice little quaint European style breakdfast area, I'd highly recommend this place! Nice staff and quiet hotel."

"The location is excellent. There was a lovely coffee cafe across the street that was great for a light breakfast or lunch. Is quite noisy and the room was clean but basic. Overall, would stay again because of the superb location."
