"Just stayed 1 night. Checked in (check in was easy and quick). Shower (tub floor looked dirty and they used the plastic cover for the tub on top of the floor to try to hide it smh). Bathroom was good. Sleeping area was clean, clean sheets. No issue there. Only problem was when I got in my room at night their were 3 roaches in the bathroom. 1 on the side of tub 2 on the floor near toilet. Their was another on the floor as soon as you walk into the room and another in the closet. I killed them...

"I just wrapped up a two-day stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Tampa/Riverview/Brandon, and I’ve got to say this place definitely earned itself a return visit! From the moment I walked in, the hotel looked sharp. The lobby has a clean, modern vibe, and everything is beautifully presented. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and made check-in a breeze. Now let’s talk about the room man, that bed was softer than a cloud that just got out of the dryer! 😆 The pillows? Absolute perfection....

"This particular location (Tampa/Brandon) was in need of an update. The carpets were old as was the furniture, lighting. Ice machines were out of order."

"The staff were excellent-friendly, attentive and responsible. The elevator was broken down twice and I was on 3rd floor, almost 70 y/o with bad back. Needed microwave to heat medical eye pads and had to walk up/down 3 flights and try keep pads warm enuf. Finally, nice staff found a microwave for my room. Even elevator guys were friendly. And doors were very loud and sticky to open and close"

"If you book through a third party AND pay for insurance in case you need to cancel. You will not be allow to cancel for unused days if you need to check out early. We left late at night during our first night due to noisy neighbors. A room full of Kids, yelling, jumping, running, and playing video games at full volume. The young girl at the desk tried to get them to be quiet, but was unsuccessful. She stated that they did not have a security officer to assist."
