"My family and I always enjoy our stay at Hyatt House; we were greeted by Jade and Anthony who we met the first time we ever stayed at this hotel, few years back. It was wonderful seeing familar faces and they remembering us too. The other ladies at reception were great also. Our room was spacious and clean, having the studio with the kitchenette is helpful especially with babies/kids. "Unfortunately, my stay was far less than pleasant. I stayed in Room 413 and experienced multiple issues that significantly impacted my visit. The shower had two control nozzles with no indication of which controlled the hot or cold water. During my first shower, there was no hot water at all. Later, the water became extremely hot with no practical way to regulate the temperature, creating both an inconvenience and a safety concern. In addition, the shower head could not be adjusted and sprayed...

"The hotel was very convenient, clean, and a nice place to stay. We enjoyed going to the pool and it not being filled with a bunch of people. Close to everything. loved having Bob Evans next door to go eat at. The only thing that was disappointing during my stay was the hotel breakfast. biscuits were still frozen in the middle. Not a huge selection to choose from. And I really looked forward to having a waffle, but the waffle makers were sticking and burning on one half and gooey on the other...
