My favorite feature was definitely the kitchenette setup with the microwave and full-size refrigerator, which made the stay much more comfortable for families. The staff was kind and helpful throughout the stay. While customer service was good, I do think a little more enthusiasm and warmth from the team would have elevated the experience. "I had a solo trip with a two night stay and I have to say that this was a wonderful place to stay at. The host was very communicative and ready to answer any questions. They had instructions that maintained the cleanliness of a shared space and had plenty of amenities. I would definitely choose this stay again and would recommend it to other travelers!"
