"The staff during day and morning were pleasant and very apologetic for the issues we came across. We showed up at 6 pm and room was not ready. We went out to eat and when we got back the room was ready.

The breakfast was delicious with options including biscuits, fried eggs, shredded cheese, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, bagels, etc. I found a free parking spot (on Saturday night) in front of the hotel. "My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The entire hotel smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, including the hallways and common areas. The room was dirty when I arrived, and the air conditioner did not work during my stay, despite me reporting the issue to the front desk. No one ever came to fix it.
