"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The lobby was beautiful, spacious, and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The only issue I had was the freaking room key, I had to reactivate it no less than three times every day, totally annoying.! I was told each time that I have to keep the key away from my phone, which is absolutely ridiculous, that’s like 20th century technology in the 21st-century first century…. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone.
