"Nice location, nice staff, minor issues with the cleaning of the room."

"Great Hotel, really comfortable, the best location, close to all the attractions"

"Excellent spa and executive lounge access very worthwhile."

"Everything was very nice"

"The staff was excellent. However, it was very warm in the room 23.5 degrees Celsius and I could not lower it because the AC is off for the winter. they suggested I open the window but it never cooled down. Also a closet door was broken and wouldn't close emitting light into the room that I had to block with a pillow. We had to exit the hotel at 6am with several other couples. I had hot water in the am for a shower, but the others did not."
