The apartments were equipped. Perfect for a long time stay. We just stayed 1 night. We could do laundry so it worked. The check in process was confusing. I kept receiving emails asking to check in online 1 week before my arrival. The links sent didn't give me the check in options so I couldn't do it. At the end, they checks us in when we arrived and they didnt say anything. Those emails were a little overwhelming thinking that we might not have a place to stay upon our arrival due to overbooking. The lace was centralized.

Very nice apartment well kitted out with everything needed, only thing that let it down was im guessing the people who stayed before us were smokers as that's all you could smell when you first entered the apartment, left the window open the whole week didn't make a difference, apart from that it was perfect and would use again.

Super large room, we got the family room with the pull out sofa bed. Was all comfy enough, when we requested an extra sheet they were happy to provide and someone was at the desk 24/7. There was also a washing machine with a free pod so after swimming we did a small batch of washing. Also super great walkable location

Location was great, lots of restaurants a shops nearby. A little playpark across the street which my kids enjoyed. Easy walking distance to some sights and activities. Accommodation had what we needed. Comfortable beds and great that there was free luggage storage room on day of checkout. However the bedding was dirty I have taken photos and did immediately send them to the accommodation but received no response. The pillows had brown stains on them either blood chocolate or poop not sure what to be honest. And white stains all over the throw on one of the beds. Cleanliness is probably the most important thing to us when staying and that really put me off. Also a damp smell in the main bathroom not sure if from the bath or the washing machine but it filled throughout the apartment as a result.

Great location. Friendly staff. The only thing i would mention is that they state that you can cook in the kitchen. Although there were plates and cutlery there were no pans etc. Even if there 1fry pan and 1 saucepan it would have allowed for cooking. It didn't affect me but if that's one of the reasons you choose this place just heads up. Otherwise fantastic place. Highly recommended

Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Ich habe Auto für noch ein paar Stunden in Garage verlassen und das war für Personal in Ordnung. Das Apartment war in Ordnung, aber Heizung war total schlimm. In Apartment gibt’s nur ein Kühler und die Klima kan man nicht für warmen benutzen. Ein Kühler für Heizung ist nicht genug. Alles anderes ist gut
