Set in a lovely quiet area but well walkable to the main areas. Lovely park close by and a great cafe/bar for meals and drinks within a short distance. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom a little tired looking but was exceptionally clean and towels/toiletries provided.

The property is an old style large stone house that has been renovated. It has an easy going ambiance as it might have been in the 50s. The neighborhood is 50s style residential, but easy access to decent restaurant and great outdoor coffee shop. Easy access to bus, or 40 minute walk, over the bridge, to the very heart of the city. Service was fine enough, but no breakfast.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti. La posizione è comoda, vicino alla fermata del bus. Il check in è possibile farlo solo dalle 16, un po’ scomodo come orario, però ci hanno proposto di lasciare lì i bagagli. La nostra camera era pulita, un po’ vecchiotta e arrugginita ma passabile. Non hanno mai pulito la stanza, nè rifatto il letto. A farci compagnia c’erano molte formiche, abbiamo comunicato la cosa al personale e sono intervenuti con lo spray insetticida. Ci hanno comunicato che per pulire la stanza e cambiare lenzuola e asciugamani dovevamo pagare un supplemento, cosa mai successa negli altri hotel. La camera era provvista di frigo bar ampio e di un terrazzino comodo. Tutto sommato l’esperienza non è stata così pessima. Sicuramente non torneremo in questa struttura, anche perché alcuni membri del personale non erano molto gentili. Per un soggiorno breve come il nostro, la struttura è passabile.

Eine renovierte alte Villa in der Nähe einer gut bedienten Straßenbahnhaltestelle sowie eines guten Restaurants. Im Hotel kein Frühstück (im nahegelegenen Restaurant auch nicht); aber Kaffeekocher und Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Im Duschabteil leider Geruchsbelästigung aus der Kanalisation - man mußte die Badtür geschlossen halten.
