"A beautiful hotel, not far from New York cafe. I had booked us an executive room so we had access to the spa and the executive lounge. We also received a very nice upgrade upon check-in to a a two room suite. The spa is delightful and the executive lounge could not have been better. Mike the concierge at the executive lounge made us extremely welcome and his service was exemplary. We had cocktails and even a light dinner one evening in the lounge. "Very nice apartment well kitted out with everything needed, only thing that let it down was im guessing the people who stayed before us were smokers as that's all you could smell when you first entered the apartment, left the window open the whole week didn't make a difference, apart from that it was perfect and would use again."

"You would be missing out if you didn't stay at this beautiful hotel. The building alone is gorgeous, felt like being transported back in time to an age of sophistication and elegance. The rooms are beautifully furnished. The stuff from reception to dining to Housekeeping are friendly and attentive and go abive and beyond to help. The hotel is located in a prime spot for the sights, dining and shopping."

"Clean room, breakfast was very good and breakfast staff attentive. Disappointed the bar was practically nonexistent, as ensure the hotel had a bar when booking. Always nice to have a nightcap at the end if a busy day. "

"Nice room, but the bathroom and toilet are separate and the doors are made of glass. It’s ok if you’re alone, but if you’re with someone else, you’ll have no privacy. Breakfast could be better and restaurant could over a larger variety of dishes. Very good hotel, but there are others better and cheaper"

"The room was a bit small in the way it was set up, but the main bed was comfortable. Our son’s bed wasn’t quite as comfortable. The AC didn’t cool the room much, so we opened the window to enjoy the cool air. However, there was a lot of cigarette smoke that came into the room with the window open. Apart from that, the stay was wonderful and we enjoyed the breakfast and the property. "
