Razoável

Os quartos são temáticos, no meu caso imitava a uma cela de prisão, talvez por esse motivo parecia velho e sujo. Tem um vaso sanitário no meio do quarto, sem nenhuma privacidade. Além disso, meu quarto era grudado na cozinha, que fazia muito barulho. O banheiro coletivo, também ficava na cozinha, era velho e bagunçado. No térreo havia um bar/restaurante, onde as pessoas ficavam até altas horas. O único ponto positivo é a localização. Fácil acesso as atrações turísticas e no bairro repleto de bares e clubs.

Very convenience location and near from Chain bridge, subway station. Staff could understand English well and very kind. Room was not bad. But little loudly even midnight.

À éviter - Descriptif trompeur

Attention il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel avec chambre privée mais de dortoirs ! En prime il y a un bar avec soirée et musique dans la cours intérieure de l'hôtel où donne toutes les chambres. Le descriptif fourni par Hotels.com omet tout cela. C'est absolument malhonnête. Adapté pour des groupes voulant s'amuser, et encore. Personnel lent en prime mais ça en devient un détail.

Travellers Beware don't go here!

Booked it about three months before and upon arrival was told that the hostel was overbooked. Was then asked to pay upfront for a shared apartment and bathroom which I had not seen and was different to the room type I booked (private room and bathroom). The apartment was dirty inside and can only be described as unsafe with extremely dodgy window and door locks. To anyone coming to Budapest this is definetly an institution to avoid but it doesn't represent the city in anyway.

Amazing location, average hostel

The location really was so good, very near my favourite spot in Budapest to spend my time. Would have scored it higher but it really is loud at night (I was usually out so not a major issue) but also the window by my bed in the room was missing it's curtain, making it difficulty to sleep at night or in the day.

dobra lokalizacja i tanio

Hotel znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko do najważniejszy zabytków i miejsc w mieście, w pobliżu przystanki autobusowe i metro.

宿泊した時が改装中ということで、つまらない宿泊になってしまいました。共有スペースで話したり飲んだりできなく朝食も食べることができませんでしt。改装後に期待。

Helpful staff, but only one toilet

The room is nice, 10 people shared dormitory. Have need linens, sockets and table lights.. Helpful staff, acknowledges in local areas. One thing not so good is that people have only one toilet nearby. Think there's another one at the other side of the building though.. but it's still fine

Great location!

We were over for the F1 so didn't really use many of the facilities other than the room itself and the bar downstairs (which was great!friendly bar staff who are willing to help you out!) the room we had was okay- bit of a faff to have to climb up a ladder to the bed and it was a little dark up there during the day! When we did do some exploring we were about 15 minutes now walk from chain bridge, 10 min walk from main shops and bars and the same for the ruin pubs so location wise it's good! Can get a bit noisy at night/early morning with the bar being open til late but that didn't bother us too much! 24hr reception is handy!

Central, fairly priced, basic, noisy.

Overall an ok solution, it's cheap, central and fairly cleaned. The environment and rooms/beds are really basic (e.g. not every bed has sockets, "secure" storage room provided is rather small, sufficient for a small rucksack, not for travelling luggage that thus remains unsecured during the day). The street just outside the hostel can be quite noisy.

Barely slept for 3 nights

This hostel is way too loud. I understand people want to party and enjoy their time in Budapest, as I did myself, but if you want a night in, sleep isn't going to happen. There is no air conditioning so windows must be left open as the rooms are unbearably hot. The bar is situated in the middle of the hostel so there was no escaping the noise that went on till late in the evening. Once the bar closed, my roommates and I were awoken to people coming back from partying, running around and screaming. This happened all three nights. I'm not sure if there is a silence rule passed a certain time but if there is, it was not enforced. Staff was helpful and the location is nice but I really would not stay here again.

A brief stay

I only stayed one night, however I was highly impressed with the look of the rooms! They were cool and relatively spacious. I liked that unlike other hostels it was only the 6 of you in the room sharing the bathroom. In saying this, it was quite noisey at night due to sound travelling up the courtyard. And the wifi would drop in and out. Organising the airport transfer was not an issue to get to the hostel, however upon leaving even after asking twice that a taxi would come at 2pm for me, no taxi was booed. So I ended up getting to the airport later than planned. The staff were not overly helpful, and kind of not talkative/ standoffish for hostel workers. I felt a little bit uncomfortable when approaching them.

Room with a private bathrooom is a lie

First big moment of surprise was getting a room with "private bathroom" and opening room with a bath-tub and no toilet no bathRoom.I enclose the pictures.The tub was moreover dirty and the room stinky most likely from pipes. The carpet was dirty of course too, who can keep creamy carpet clean in a hostel and no wardrobe. Two shelves are enough for 2 persons right? Towel was one brand new from IKEA, another one carrying a name of some other hotel/hostel and small. The restaurant that is in the middle of atrium was noisy at night and did not help for a sleep.Fortunately they are closed on Sunday! People may take shower at 3 am and then at 3:30 am how we experienced and walls are really not sound proof, if you have a room in the same corridor as shared bathroom which is I guess almost everyone, you will not have a good-night sleep. Internet was working well but you must sign up via email,linked In,FB etc. which doesn´t really help to be more trustworthy to this hostel.Oh yeah, and during 3 nights stay, not once was our room cleaned or trash bin emptied.In warm days, we kept window open so the air was more breathable due to the bad smell from stuck pipes.

좋았어요!!

깨끗하고 좋았어요! 더블룸 신청했는데 남은 더블룸이 없어서 4인용 방을 썼는데 정말 편했습니당! 리셉션에서 티켓도 인쇄해주시구 공용 주방에서 파스타도 해 먹었어요!

Good location but disapointing stay

While booking on hotels.com I didn't expect to arrive in an Hostel. On the website, it's writté there is a car park but actually the receptionist told us there is the possibility to park either in the street (impossible if you don't arrive during the night) either in a 7-levels car park. I was lucky to find a place there but I had to pay around 40 euros for this ... The receptionist was nice and was always available. The room very weird, I don't mean in terms of decoration but in terms of furniture. We had a bath in the room but no towel and no private toilets. When we got into the room it was slightly cold with a window open (with an outside temperature of 10 degrees) and no possibility to warm it up. We had to look for into the room how to trigger it ... Then we tried to use the wi-fi that asked us everytime we opened again our browser to log in on a sociak network or mail that was not confortable with a mobile device. However, the location was great, we could go by feet to every Budapest hot spot. So that it enabled to spend more time outside.

Genialer Urlaub mit Kollegen

Waren in einer 4er Gruppe unterwegs und waren extrem positiv überrascht vom Zimmer / Hostel. ( Themen Zimmer) Lage ist perfekt in der Nähe von Metro sowie dem Ausgangsviertel.

Comfortable hostel. We had our own private bath. Friendly staff. the room we had was a loft. only recommendation would be to put some padding on the ladder, killed our feet after a long day of walking. we ended up wearing our boots to climb the ladder the second night. overall a great stay. enjoyed the goat bar downstairs.
