This is a cracking hotel, the staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was great, quiet & bed super comfy with excellent shower. Breakfast was fantastic with everything refreshed promptly, continental & cooked options available, fresh fruit, yogurt &:pastries. There is a mini gym & sauna too which we used at no extra cost. Location is great & the public transport in Budapest easy to navigate although you can walk to the Danube within 10 mins. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice room, clean and big. 5 min walk to metro. Not much of a view. Reception was okay did not offer room upgrade for being platinum member with Expedia. Overall great hotel and a good stay. Breakfast was good as well.

The receptionist, who checked me in and out (I believe her name is Mercedesz) is truly a gem. Kind, helpful, and overall just seems like a lovely person - meeting someone like that right upon entering gives you such a good first impression of the whole place. I loved my room, everything was sparkly clean, the staff at breakfast were lovely and attentive too, and the location is simply great. Overall, I would 100% recommend staying here.
