"En general, bien. Es verdad que nosotros fuimos los que nos tuvimos que poner en contacto con el hotel para poder saber qué habitación teníamos, cómo hacer el checkin, etc (porque es auto checkin). A parte de eso, lo demás todo bien. Teníamos una habitación cogida y nos dieron otra más grande porque la que cogimos de un inicio era más pequeño que lo que habíamos cogido. "The suites in the main castle are a special experience. The only negative would be the several stairs to climb to get from the reception to the room in the chateau."

"A very nice traditional hotel. Rooms were clean and nice size. There is limited parking in front of hotel and parking on the adjacent street. Staff were courteous and attentive to service. A Kolin resident told me we were staying in the best hotel in Kolin. We were very satisifed with everything. Breakfast, included, was well appointed. Internet WIFI in the room worked perfect."

"Super 4 star hotel! Service way beyond what is expected in the Czech Republic. Delicious and nicely plated meals in the restaurant, although it’s not a big menu. Breakfast was good with many options. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom with shower was nice and recently renovated. Adjacent to the hotel is a wine gallery. We ended up wine tasting from 70 different Czech wines and were served a wonderful (and plentiful) BBQ dinner the same evening. Dogs are welcome too! I can really...
