Nice hotel and location. Water pressure was my only complaint because it wasn’t super strong. It is a super short walk to Knott’s. There is a shuttle to Disneyland which was really nice and easy to sign up for, and on the couple occasions we had to take a Lyft back to the hotel from Disney (we purposely didn’t book a shuttle time because we didn’t know when we would want to leave), it was never more than a $15-$19 Lyft. Staff was friendly annd even if we Overall, would love to stay here again.

The hotel tried to make me pay for parking when it's not disclosed on the website, from 10/11 pm noise from people returning from the amusement park were obnoxious in the hotel hallway, I rather stay at the nearest Sheraton for free parking and a better class of guests. This is not my first stay at Knotts, but it was my last. Corporate owned now and there clueless in the way to conduct business.

Always a great stay at the Knotts hotel. Friendly staff and are prompt in accommodating your needs. Only complain on this last stay was the room had a smell of what I can describe as cat urine, could have been anything but since we were only staying one night we didn't want to gather our stuff and move.

The staff was simply amazing and everyone was friendly and kind. The rooms are nice and clean and liked the fact we were able to get conjoined rooms with our older kids

Didn't receive my full 100$ deposit back. There was no damages or unnecessary cleaning fee. I made sure everything was in good condition before i checked out. There should not be any reason why i didnt get my full deposit back. I only received 20$ from my account

Very convenient location - it was nice to be so close to the park. We stayed one night and our parking was good for the whole day second even though checkout was at noon. The beds were comfortable. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash and lotion were really nice! We didn’t try breakfast as it was a bit overpriced in our opinion ($25/person). The rooms are comfortable although you can tell slightly dated if you look closely. Overall, I’d recommend!

We had to move rooms because we were getting bitten by bugs during our stay. The hotel only moved us a few doors down and did not offer any accommodation for the inconvenience. We were told they would call a third-party company to inspect the room and that nothing could be done until after an investigation. This was disappointing, especially given the situation and the price of the stay. We did not feel the issue was handled with urgency or guest care.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Unacceptable Basic Amenities & Worse Customer Service I booked three rooms at the Knott’s Berry Farm Hotel for myself and my staff. After 15 hours of travel and working long days, I discovered that my room does not have hot water — a basic amenity that any hotel is expected to provide. The hotel’s response was to offer to send a plumber into my room. That is completely unacceptable. I slept maybe three hours over two days and do not have the time, energy, or patience to sit in my hotel room supervising maintenance work that should never be necessary in the first place. I asked for a simple, reasonable resolution: Move me to a room with hot water, or Issue a refund They refused to offer either. This is not a complicated issue, and the solution is obvious. The fact that management would rather argue than fix a basic problem tells me everything I need to know about how this hotel treats its guests. I would never stay here again and would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially business travelers. I genuinely don’t understand how this property has good reviews when they can’t handle a straightforward customer service issue with common sense or accountability. Hot water is not a luxury — it’s the bare minimum.

Room was clean, staff were great. Just missing a few things we felt were needed: 1. No table / seating location in the room. 2. No business center / quiet space to work near the lobby or in the hotel. 3. Vending machines were not working or not stocked.

Room was clean. Hotel lobby was nice. Restaurant service was terrible. Pretty sure our waiter hated his job. Condensation from the pipes on ceiling were dripping on me and my dinner. I had to move the table myself.
