The resort is beautiful and the food was excellent, but unfortunately the overall experience fell well below what I would expect from a Ritz Carlton. Cons - Extremely slow service, with most requests taking one to two hours - Luggage took approximately 1.5 hours and four calls to arrive - My allergies were not properly acknowledged, including being given red wine despite my stated allergy and strawberries...
