spend 2.5 weeks in argentina all over, but this place was not good. first, it is super small, the rooms are really a joke. second, i booked the room, checked in, dropped my stuff off and went out until midnight. when going to bed i already noticed a really bad, disgusting sweat smell that reminds me off the boxing gym, it was all over the sheets and pillows, i almost threw up. luckily i wasn't sober, otherwise i would have raised hell. on top, they silently charge you 10% credit card fee without telling you saying everyone does it - not true, first and only time i paid this. look around, you can find bigger, better, and cleaner places than this one.

El hotel está bien ubicado. Puedes llegar caminando a plaza Serrano y alrededores de forma segura. El hotel está un poco descuidado pero cumple su función. Nosotros nos decidimos por este hotel ya que el hoteles.com decia que incluía desayuno y al llegar nos dijeron que no tenían ese servicio desde diciembre 2023.. ojalá la página de hoteles.com pueda solucionarlo para que más gente no llegue con esa idea y sepan que realmente NO hay desayuno

La limpieza en los baños no es la mejor.y encima la ducha se inundaba; el agua salía y después de cada baño el piso estaba lleno de agua.la habitación muy cómoda la ubicación es excelente pero realmente tendrían q hacer una super remodelación en los baños q son muy antiguos y con humedad y en algunos sectores hongos.una lástima.

Horroroso - Muito sujo!!

Hotel horrível, banheiros sujos, toalhas encardidas, ar condicionado parava de funcionar a cada meia hora, furo na banheira, muita sujeira. Paredes todas manchadas, teto encardido e parecia que estava úmido. Café da manhã bem simples comparado a outros hotéis de mesmo preço. Horroroso, acabei saindo em menos de 6 horas pós checkin e fui para outro hotel. Não recomendo.

Bra läge i Palermo med många restauranger och barer i närheten. Rummet var stort och bekvämt med allt man behöver för en bra hotellvistelse. De allmänna utrymmena var inte så trevliga utan ganska trista. Den utlovade poolen var snarade som ett stort badkar men det fanns solstolar och bord. Frukosten inget speciell.
