Great accommodations

Great accommodations. Only negative was that all the pillows were hard. We stayed the night before at the Hilton (because friends were saying there) and it was three times the price and breakfast was not included. The only real difference was the Hilton had a very expansive lobby and bar.

Friendly staff in updated historical building.

Hotel room was very clean and well maintained. Multi national outlets available in the roo. With no need for adapters. Food was very good and service was friendly and helpful. Location is well secured.

Good location— Excellent value!

Great location close to Puerto Madero. Room was updated and spacious. Included breakfast was above average and the coffee was excellent! Special kudos to front desk agent Facundo, who went the extra mile in accommodating our request for an early check-in. All-in-all, an excellent value for the money.

The electronic room key stopped .. flat battery. Another day later room key lost its id!..had to be redone. Staff always courteous & nice. Hand towel and bath floor mat missing..had to go back to reception about this as well as the room entrance problems..but staff were v quick to remedy problem. Street had many sleepers at night.. some abusive. No public transport info on how to use them missing tho many buses ran but where to?? Key item for me was swimming but hotel pool not heated or neat..disappointing. Restaurant menu did not show prices for lunch…but food for breakfast was v good

Great hotel at a great area.

Room was clean spacious and comfortable. Lobby was nice and a great first impression. We were allowed early check-in and late check out at not charge. We were also allowed to store our luggage for free. In general we had a great experience with the hotel, the only area for improvement was breakfast, which was not very good, not quality ham, cheese or bread. Not even fruits were tasteful. Coffee was good. Also food service for dinner was very good and at a good price. Staff was very nice, specially Facundo at front desk. Hotel is at a great location, walking distance to many interesting places like Casa Rosada, Plaza de Mayo, Mercado San Telmo, etc. Public transportation, taxi and Uber service in Buenos Aires are excellent.
