Superb stay

The staff were superb and so accommodating, from facilitating an early check-in to assisting with our onward travel arrangements when our flight was delayed. The room was huge, clean and well appointed and dinner at the restaurant was delicious and inexpensive.

Friendly and helpful front desk, staff. Check-in was a breeze and was also given a lot of tips where to walk in the neighbourhood and some local tourist sites. Room was very clean and modern. Daily breakfast buffet had a wide selection European breakfast items.

Comfortable stay in great location

We stayed for a week with an 11-year old. Good for traveling with kids because they offer 2 full/queen beds in one room. Kind, helpful staff. Comfortable beds, hot shower. Large buffet breakfast. Excellent location. Floors in hallways are badly in need of an upgrade, but lobby and other common areas are fine.

Florencia at the front desk was knowledgeable, helpful and outstanding. The rooms somewhat small and dated but the location, outstanding buffet breakfast and courtesy of the staff make up for it

Great and beyond, beautiful, splendid, perfectly located, awesome staff, room big with comfy beds, clean, the same with the bathroom, the breakfast is yummy and the pool is really cool too, a lot of nice places nearby to eat and to visit. And the staff is the best, Lucia especially at the check in she did all her best and accomplished to make my stay an special experience, and did a wonderful gesture to me and my family, gracias Lucia eres la mejor !

Excellent find for pre-cruise stay We loved this hotel! Room was very comfortable, staff was extremely helpful in getting cabs for us, dinner reservations, giving directions. They are 1 block from entrance to Recoleta Cemetery, 3 blocks to office for hop-on, hop-off and many restaurants within 5 minutes. The hotel restaurant is lovely, breakfast was wonderful in the light filled atrium. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to many tourist spots, and shopping mall, bat and restaurants. The only downside is you can hear loud music on Sat evening from the bars. The receptionists (both Cameila and Lucia) are so helpful, especially Lucia, she helped me to arranged all the complex transfers in between the airport and the hotel.

Excellent hotel with nice high end touches, and a wonderful breakfast. They were very helpful at the front desk. Only nit complaint was I wish the AC made the room cooler than it did but this was minor and the room was excellent.

Hola my esposo Ricardo y yo Roxana pasamos unos dias ahi en Este hotel loi suites desde El 26 Al 3 de octubre y realmente me gusto mucho lo estube mirando durante 15 dias habia miles de hotels pero volvi a Este y hicimos una Buena elecciion volveremos en marzo o Abril Al mismo El personal front desk excellent todos los turbos todos trabajan igual en atenciin Al clients y todo El personal comfort limpieza todo y la seguridad con los huespedes superfeliz

Muito bom Hotel em excelente localização. Quartos limpos, silenciosos e com itens de conforto como cafeteira e chaleira elétrica. Café da manhã bom com garçons muito atenciosos. Não consegui quartos conjugados pois não ficou claro durante a reserva como fazer tal opção.

Hotel muito aconchegante e bem localizado! A hospitalidade e atenção dos funcionários da recepção e limpeza foram nota 10!! Café da manhã deixou a desejar por não ter um suco natural, e também devido alguns desentendimentos quanto a que tipo de pão poderia ou não esquentar, gerando um desconforto a forma como nos trataram um dia! Mas tirando isso, ótimo hotel com excelente localização, quartos muito espaçosos! O quarto a noite achei um pouco escuro, mesmo com as luzes todas acesas. O secador era ótimo!! E sentimos falta de não ter cortina na banheira também, pois molhava bem o chão no banho. Outro ponto alto da recepção foi que nosso voo foi muito tarde e pudemos ficar nas dependências do hotel até bem tarde, sendo sempre muito bem atendida!!

Bueno pero básico.

La ubicación es excelente , segura y accesible. Las instalaciones son buenas pero básicas. Los muebles de las habitaciones un poco anticuados así como la parte electrónica (tomas, cargadores, etc. ) las camas son cómodas, sábanas y almohadas aceptables. Terribles las toallas , muy viejas y gastadas. Desayuno excelente
