Great Location in Buenos Aires. The maintenance of the Apartment is poor. The change of towels insufficient (once a week) The quality of the linen extremely poor. The property shows signs of deterioration due to humidity with patches of molding in the ceiling and under the door to the balcony. Poor in general! A 2 star property in a 5 star location.

Location is great. The barely not secured wifi works well but... weak security. This apartment (13A) needs love : a fresh repainting (there’s a lot of moisture on the ceiling), new mattresses, fix the hot and cold water for the shower, fix the shower pressure as well, have to pay with coins for the laundry but impossible to find 60 pesos in coins at the stores around the neighbourhood, you have to find a bank (opens 8am-1pm) wait forever and show original ID), ... and the pool is closed, empty, etc, etc. The check-in is at 2pm, not at 8am as advertised. The check-out is before 9am. Good luck is you have a late flight to catch. Glad that I didn’t spend much time in this apartment. I survived but ... In other words, there’s plenty of other places you can rent instead of This one. Buena suerte !

The location is perfect

Third time in this hotel. I choose accoring the rates they have during my stay. The best is Daniel´s warm wellcoming and his willingness to help. Rooms are small but nice. Sometimes Tv and Wi-Fi signal works and sometimes not. I always have problem with the room´s key and breakfast is poor.

Group of studios, some good, some not so good

I have rented from this group before, as there are groups of apartments they own and rent out. Some are better maintained then others. This one (13A) was really worn. The safe was locked and not useable. There were also AC and plumbing issues, something I had not run into with other units. The staff, which is great, is only available M-F 8-4:30, and Sat AM. Other than that, there is no-one to help with issues in the units.

Small studios to stay in Buenos Aires

This group that owns lots of studios in 3 buildings, so there are also residents in the buildings also. The buildings are newer, so not as quiet as older buildings. Pluses - Modern, balconies, pool, Recoleta location, easy to get to transit (or walk). Adequate kitchenettes. Minus - Have to get the key at one location only (this added $100 pesos to the taxi ride to add a stop). Also no one is available after hours if you have AC or other issues (or in my case, safe was locked and wouldn't open). The apartments only have a bed, tv and kitchen table...no sofas or easy chairs to sit in. OK for short stays, but on longer stays, gets a bit uncomfortable. Some units are well maintained, and others are not I have used this company several times and each time was different. Maid service is weekly ( which I like, but some like the daily service). I know other places offered a second towel and cleaning for an additional fee. Some of the buildings have awful WIFI, and others are good. Once again for a long stay it can be challenging. The staff that I dealt with are excellent, and not reflective of the negatives of the management. The buildings all of 24 hour doorman or security, and have elevators (I have stayed in some without elevators in the past).

O que deixou a desejar foram as roupas de cama, que eram velhas e o único edredom estava sujo. A limpeza é uma vez por semana, mas isso foi avisado. E não respondem às mensagens de Whatsapp.

Excelente ubicación. Sin embargo la habitación acababa de ser pintada. Y olía a pintura. No se hizo el aseo requerido que es ne esa río después de pintar. El fregadero goteaba por lo tanto los utensilio de cocina están en mal estado y el olor de estos no es agradable. Las toallas estaban percudidas y rotas No había personal de los apartamentos en el sitio, lo que todo se hace por email, porque los teléfonos no contestan Estuvieron haciendo trabajos en el apartamento superior y la tierra y escombros cayeron al balcón y no tuvieron la delicadeza de hacer el aseo Es una lastima porque tienen todo lo ne esa río para dar un .mejor servicio

In the heart of BA

Prime location in Buenos Aires as the Recoleta area is easily accessible and within walking distance of many sightseeing opportunities. The studio apartment was small, but really functional and the building's security guards are fountains of local knowledge. Definitely will stay there again!

Estuvimos con mi seňora 12 días en el dpto. Muy caro x lo que ofrecen, lo único bueno es la ubicación, mala seňal de WiFi, limpieza 1 vez x semana en los 12 días nos cambiaron una vez las sábanas y solo 3 veces los toallones, cobran en dólares y ofrecen un servicio de cuarta. Una vergüenza ofrecerles algo así al turista

Não é um hotel, é um apartamento. CUIDADO

Não há equipe de recepção. Descrevem cama de casal, mas são duas camas de solteiro unidas por uma colcha. Os lençóis estavam MUITO encardidos, e as toalhas também. Se você chegar após as 4 horas, tem que pegar as chaves em outro local. Tem que deixar seu cartão como garantia. Ar condicionado extremamente sujo, soltava sujeira ao liga-lo. Não há frigobar. Limpeza do quarto custa mais de R$50 reais por dia. Estacionamento é a parte, e custa mais de R$ 60 reais por dia. Uma péssima economia, pois com o valor da limpeza e do estacionamento, daria pra ficar num hotel 4 estrelas.

Luxury Hotel for Sports or/and Romance!

This luxury hotel is far away of town. However, after a long day work, it was perfect for me and my wife. It is very nice, it has a free golf course, free tennis court and two wonderful swimmings pools. Futhermore, the personal is extremely nice and kind. PD: We have stayed in this hotel for more than 25 days. The reason for this is due to the fact that we love it!

Disaster dont go there

We arrived day late because of flight delays.only security guy at reception if you can call it a reception.no English .rude .just thrust a piece of paper at us a friendly resident old us it meant we had to go 6 blocks away and pick up key for room never heard of this happening else where.i am 72 yrs old m partner is 60 .o at 9pm at night we struggled down streets.found place and discovered it was another apartment that administered the other one .THIS WAS BOOKED ON EXPEDIA I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTMER FOR YEARS AND I EXPECTED MORE. I think more research should be done buy your company on these places . In future I will be checking other sites to make sure

El edificio está muy bien ubicado, lo cual me hizo decidir nuevamente, ya que me hospedé en varias oportunidades, siempre en buena forma, lo unico que no me gustó esta vez fué que me dejaron la llave en otro lado, por llegar después de haber cerrado la administración, lo cual me generó un gasto de taxi extra con todos los bolsos a cuesta, pero eso se puede corregir...

Way too dirty!

Hotel room was dirty, really dirty. No cleaning on daily basis. Furniture old. I had to clean the bathroom to use and blanked was unusable.

Eu fiquei recentemente a partir de sexta-feira para terça-feira, eu havia tomado por hoteis.com. eu recebo um e-mail deles pedindo para ler como foi a minha estadia. Já pensou havia em falar com você sobre esso. A verdade que o que eles oferecem é bárbaro preço muito bom, mas tivemos errado. Dos 4 noites só gastou uma boa. Na segunda noite do rompie ar condicionado água caindo dentro e fechando, o calor era terrível e não havia para falar, envie um e-mail para a noite me dizendo para ligar todos os números que estavan no papel e ninguém respondeu, tínhamos dito que qualquier problema que tivemos foi o trabalho da segurança você para baixo teve como contato com você, e disseram que não tinha informações ESSA. Na parte da manhã, fomos para um outro quarto, que foi um parceiro de cama, e nós estavamos dois homens Haci um teve que dormir no sofá, eles disseram que não havia outra peça com 2 camas de solteiro e no outro dia para HIVAN mudar a cama para 2 singles, mas habrieron no sofá e ficar sofá-cama. Primeiro Haver Devian esso feito na noite anterior, não tínhamos como saber que o sofá era um sofá-cama, e em segundo lugar, sofá-cama Esse foi horrível para dormir. Ou é de 4 noites foram 3 eram muito ruins.
