"Great property and amazing staff when you can find them. The only downside if the awful experience you will get if you book through Expedia which doesn't seem to send you the confirmation details the day before which means you can't get into your room. If you arrive late then expect to spend time on the phone with the really helpful and polite support team at the hotel. Would certainly stay again, would certainly not book through Expedia again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Burghaus & Villa Kronenburg. We stayed in the Classic Suite, which was absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated, spacious, spotlessly clean, and full of character. "Room was huge and really lovely Themed rooms. Staff couldn’t do enough for you & the garden & general hotel were really good. Good eat as much as you want breakfast. No tea making facilities in rooms which is a must for British travellers. That 1st cuppa."
