"The 3rd floor is a mess. It is torn apart for work. The rooms are not very clean. The first room smelled really horrible, but they gave me another when I complained. The mattress was comfortable and the shower was hot and had good water pressure."

"The bathroom was not very clean as evidenced by hair in the shower and on the floor as well as around the beds. The first room we were given had a fan that was making unacceptable noise but we were offered a second room by a very helpful check-in staff person. The breakfast was fair at best."
