We were arriving at midnight and leaving early next day, We chose this property for 24 x 7 airport shuttle and for included breakfast to simplify logistics. It was in the description on Expedia. Turned out, the shuttle was not running midnight to 4 am and the breakfast wasn’t available due to construction. We would have chosen a different hotel if we knew.

Its a great place to park before a flight, but the hotel has gone down hill. Convenient lobby bathrooms are out of service, complimentary breakfast is not available do to future construction. Shuttle service van is missing a step, so it is difficult to get in and out. Next time I go there I might just use the parking lot. What may be odd, is the front desk employee is also the shuttle driver at the same time. So they are short staffed.

When I first arrived, the outside entrance was dark and the lobby was so dimly lit that the property almost appeared to be closed. Upon arrival, there was nobody at the front desk to check me in so after waiting almost 10 minutes, I left to get dinner. When I returned, the person was at the front desk and was kind and helpful but limited in what he could do due to apparently being the only employee there. The room was so old and outdated with old dirty carpet, a large black stain on the curtain and a lampshade missing from the floor lamp leaving a bare lightbulb. The bathroom was old but functional. The TV and desk area appeared to be updated more recently. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was crisp white and clean and smelled freshly washed so for a very short overnight stay, it did the job but definitely not worth any rate over $100.

There was a fight in the hallway between the night auditor and a guest at 3 am. Waking up other guests. This was after an issue at the front desk earlier with a guy and the police were called. The hotel is run down. Rooms smell horrible and the water pressure in the shower is horrible. The complimentary breakfast was not available for unannounced renovations.

We had a flight delay leaving Buffalo and needed a hotel for the night. We booked this hotel for the night. When we arrived, the girl behind the counter was on her phone. There was a sign at the desk that the complimentary breakfast was unavailable due to renovations. We gave the girl our card, booked a shuttle to the airport for the morning, and headed to our room. The hallway was poorly lit and our overall perception was that no one cared about the property. We went into the room and stayed for about 15-20 minutes. We immediately went back to the front desk and handed our keys back and told the girl behind the desk we wouldn’t need the shuttle to the airport because we were leaving and finding somewhere else to stay. She didn’t ask what was wrong, if she could do anything to make it better, etc. Just took our room keys and let us walk out. Highly disappointed in everything about this hotel.

I’m still at a sports bar because there is not anyone working the front desk of the hotel. Lobby was completely empty…..not a human in site. Waited quite a while and had to get something to eat. Hopefully I can get in my room shortly.

Front desk lady was very very nice. However, the hotel smelled so bad and the room was pretty bad for 280$!!!!!! There was no closet, a dirty bathroom, sheets with hair on it, a random ironing board in the corner of the room and a misty couch. Do NOT STAY HERE!

Hotel is near airport, however no breakfast and no room cleaning service. i was told that room cleaning is done once after 3 days only. Condition of hotel ia also rundown.
