I was assigned room 315 then it had someone in it, next time different room 323 was assigned it smelled like litter box third room 313 smelled better but no key. Or room assisnment confirmation. Hauk the clerk said he would return with a key.. hasnt returned yet.. the a/c is out in the hotel, no mention of anything.. construction is going on on the first floor. So no rooms on the courtyard or first floor was what I was told. 2 dirty towels are in the room. They hold $250.00 for incidentals. The clerk says it is released when you check out. The sign says Returned within 21 days.. who are you to believe here.. I will spend the extra money and stay with Hilton next time.. after all of this hastle... Im not happy at all and will request a refund..

I picked this property because of its vicinity to the airport but this stay was horrendous. They hire too young people that have no experience in hospitality. Shower was malfunctioning and making a loud sound, neighbor across the hall loud including the one above. It seemed like it was a motel instead of a hotel. Instead of switching my room the boy said “I can switch it but the room is going to be dirty” EXCUSE ME! I left! To get a refund of the nights unused was like cat and mouse as the same boy was pretending as if the manager was not around. Would defy not recommend. Oh and the hold on my card didn’t come off for 2 weeks- $225! Never again

No AC in several rooms and was given 1 fan. Staff came promptly when asked to fix AC and unclog drains. There was no early check in option even though we requested early check in and late check out. Staff promised something but didn’t communicate it to the other team members or make notes for team members to follow through with. Breakfast are is very small and choices are scrambled eggs toast for non meat option.

There is no early check in even though the hotel has a sign in the lobby to see early check has a $25 fee. There was no late check out option either. The rooms are not properly maintained. The AC didn’t work in 4 (202, 204, 212, 270) out of 11 rooms booked and the bath tubs in 5 bathrooms had to be unclogged the same day we checked in. Theses are things house keepers should let management know ASAP so that it can be fixed. Sabrina the Hotel manager is very knowledgeable and professional I wish I could say the same for the Maintenance Manager. Although not rude his attitude was its an old hotel undergoing remodeling. The pool are was never cleaned for the entire 4 day stay because there was a blue gum some one spat out and it was there Thursday and in the exact spot Sunday morning.

Walked through the front door and saw throw up on the floor. Noises crowds in lobby. Spots and trash and the rugs throughout the hotel. Ordered grub hub for food and went to the sunroom the eat their were flies all over my food. Trash not emptied.

I am very dissatisfied with their lack of accessibility for a person who is disabled with impaired mobility . The booking description of the room read Accessible- However, the room I was booked into was the furthest from the front desk AND had stairs in the room plus the bathroom did not have a walk/roll in shower. The description of this room needs to be changed. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone who is movility impared.

I was very disappointed because I originally booked a room with 2 beds and a pullout. I arrived at 1:30am. Check in and I Get to the room and the pullout wasn't there. I go downstairs to speak to the staff and the gentleman told me he was going to write my room number down and I will have it in my room later in the day. I go about my business. I return later in the evening to no roll-out bed. I call the front desk and they told me they didn't have any available. Now I'm furious. Then my son found another kids shorts between the headboard.

Old stained carpet, dirty property throughout, my room was joined to another without my consent and the door did not lock between them? I did not feel safe nor would recommend to anyone, especially a female traveling alone.

Our hotel stay was overall enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which we really appreciated. There was some visible wear and tear on the bathroom floor, but nothing that affected our stay. The noise level was a bit high due to the pool being right outside our room, and there were quite a few kids playing, but since we weren’t at the hotel most of the time, it wasn’t a major issue. The continental breakfast was decent, offering cereal, pastries, oatmeal, sausages, and eggs. However, it would’ve been nice to have something a little more filling like waffles or pancakes. For a free breakfast, it was okay, but I’d recommend improving the variety just a bit.

Tried to give the hotel a chance to discuss our frustrations and experience directly, but they chose not to reach out to us (The front desk advised us that the manager would call me directly shortly after she arrived to discuss our poor experience, but no one reached out to us)... The room we had was terrible... Some lights, locks, and phone didn't work, the carpet on the floor was filthy and had a dirty feel to it, and the air conditioning was non existent at times during a heat wave. In addition to all of this, the hotel checked a family in at close to 1am, and it was at least 6 people to one room, right beside us. A ton of noise and commotion took place as soon as they entered their room, including attempting to enter our room through the adjoining door no less than THREE times! They spoke loudly and were opening and closing doors loudly without trying to mitigate the noise, so we called the front desk (through OUR OWN CELLPHONE, LONG DISTANCE since the phone in our room didn't work...) and asked them to address the issue before we did, and they said they'd send security and if they had two warnings they would be kicked out. We were wide awake at this point, trying to make sure that our two kids didn't wake up, and we never heard security come by and address anything with them... They didn't address them so we did instead. Hotel didn't reach out to me when I asked to speak to the manager

We stayed here after our flight home was cancelled and all hotels around the airport were full. The hotel has a festive indoor pool surrounded by plantings. Unfortunately it was filled with children who were literally screaming without a lifeguard or parents to control them. There is a small gym with dumbbells and cardio machines good for a quick workout although like the rest of the hotel public spaces it's a bit worn and not very clean. The room was fine and fairly comfortable but the bathroom tub and sink had worn porcelain. Breakfast was limited but okay, and as a bonus the hotel had coffee and ice water available at all times. We did have a good stay here and slept well, and the airport shuttle was key.

The M Hotel is a best kept secret. It is absolutely beautiful. The courtyard, pool, fitness center were great to use and enjoy. It’s location to shops and restaurants were an additional asset. The Staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.
