"They ran out of bath soaps. The lady said they ordered the supplies but don’t know when it will come. In this case they should have arranged some soaps for customers.
Secondly, the carpet in one room was torn and a nail was out and pinched to my daughter’s foot, but the lady just apologized and offered a mat to put over it.
We booked room for 5 peoples and for the rollover bed they were charging extra charges.
Overall the stay was not pleasant, the receptionist was just apologizing with a tone...
