"Conveniently located. Check in was very easy with regular communication. Very pleasant stay and a nice convenient breakfast with a good assortment in the morning. Very nice renovation to a stunning older property. Only downside was creaky floors and doors on the armoire in our room (Millard Fillmore Suite)"

"Beautiful old mansion lovingly restored with so much charm! This was a fantastic location for our needs. We were able to walk past estates and cute cottages with beautiful gardens to shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Close to the Buffalo History Museum and other local attractions and about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. Our host was able to let us have an early check in time and he gave us a tour of the house with some interesting background info. He lives quietly on the third...

"Stayed one night for a conference in the hotel. Nice big rooms, shower worked well, ironing board and iron. Windows. Black out curtains would have been nice. There were only privacy curtains. But I was so tired it did not matter."
