We forgot our passports in the room safe and the hotel staff went above and beyond with handling the logistical challenges of delivering our passports before boarding the plane. Very appreciative!!!! "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Galos. Everything was perfect! Florencia greeted us upon arrival and mapped out an itinerary for us. She recommended Maleza restaurant which did not disappoint. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety and fresh eggs. The rooftop was a great addition. The view is fantastic and Pablo at the bar served great pisco sours. Felipe also provided us with some wonderful recommendations. The rooms were very clean and modern. The value for money cannot be beat....

"Buena experiencia, habitaciones grandes ( somos 3 ) cama cómoda, tv, baño compartido fuera de la habitacion ( quizás lo más incómodo ) pero el valor de las noches lo suplia. "

"El hotel es de estilo rústico, es una casa antigua tradicional de Valparaíso, casi un museo de antigüedades. Lo cual tiene un gran encanto si sabes observarlo. Lo mejor es la atención y la plática de Marco. La ubicación es buena y en la terraza la vista al mar es increíble."
